Resolved Question: Iphone for 450usd scam or not?

I went to a website and they claim that they have a 64gb iphone 4s only for 450 usd http://singapore.locanto.sg/ID_124968296/Apple-iPhone-4s-64GB-1-Year-Warranty.html then they told me to send money to them by western union and i saw alot of article that are saying that if people wants you to pay by western union is a scam. in the message they told me that they are located at ADDRESS: 3121 KATHLEEN AVE GREENSBORO, NC 274087819 LOCATION: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA COMPANY NAME:ABC PHONES and now they sent me this " Hello. We have packaged and labeled 1 Apple iPhone 4s 64GB white with the shipping address given to us by you as below: COLOR : white NUMBER OF IPHONE 4S 64GB: SHIPPING NAME: FULL DELIVERY ADDRESS: Unit number: TELEPHONE NUMBER: Now for further evidence we have attached the picture of your 1 Apple iPhone 4s 64GB white,we did not disclose your tracking number for security reasons,The tracking number will be sent to you after payment has been made by you and confirmed by my company's accountant. Now payment has to be made before delivery proceeds and payment will be made via Western Union Money Transfer for fast delivery and fast confirmation of payment. Below is my Accountant Western Union Payment information you will be using to send $450USD : Receiver's Address: State: City: Postal Code: Country: Amount to send: $450 US DOLLARS Once payment has been made get back to us with the information as below: Sender's Name Money Transfer Control Number You can as well kindly scan the receipt given to you after payment was made and send it to us by email.
